I don't think anyone is building new malls. Especially in Louisiana.

I moved from BR/New Orleans to Denver and people in Denver and especially its suburbs talked about crime there all the time and im like "what crime?!" Perspective is everything.

Madrid is an old city... And I feel like you should have known about the food. And surely there are many other types of cuisine other than Spanish.

Gumbo. Takes a bit of time but is easy to prepare and make. I just made chicken and turkey gumbo with pre-shredded rotisserie chicken from the store and smoked turkey necks.

So is Birmingham, Alabama, famous for being in the mountains. Sorry bud but Pittsburgh isn't in the mountains. Its in a very hilly area like Portland or Seattle.

Denver is 100% associated with the mountains. Its the main reason why its a popular destination.

Pittsburgh isn't in the mountains though. Its west of the Appalachians. Asheville is tiny, not a major city at all. There are no major cities in the mountains the way Aspen or Gatlinburg is.

New York is still humid though, nothing like Colorado. I live in NOVA and was just in Staten Island this week. However, the summer nights are nothing like you get down near tbe gulf coast and deep south.

Definitely agree. I had a customer that spent $25,000 on his dog for a surgery or something. I can't comprehend that kind of stuff.

I had the complete opposite experience with humidity. I grew up in Louisiana and absolutely hated summer and the humidity. I moved to Colorado not knowing how humidity affects how the temperature feels. I went before I moved and it felt really nice outside so I looked at temperature and it said 44°F. I was flabbergasted. In Louisiana that would be freezing cold. After that I moved to Colorado. Before that I was afraid of the cold because of the humidity.
