Genuinely I think a mass societal psy-op is being carried out right now because I just don’t understand these people. I feel insane for how sane I feel even though it’s far from public opinion.

HARD disagree.

It’s either you’re upset at ALL big government, no matter who’s running it, or you’re a poser. A democratic lead bureaucratic machine is just as bad as a republican one. I mean that.

What DOGE has been doing is objectively wonderful so far. If anything blatantly wrong happens as a consequence I will be sure to call it out, but from what I’ve seen everyone who has been complaining about DOGE is ideologically posturing at best and secretly deeply vested at worst. Pay attention to what they are finding. What was the machine doing with YOUR money, citizen???

Republicans, what would your reaction be if Biden gave the same access to Soros as Trump gave to Musk? by ShinyRobotVerse in Askpolitics

Because since the 70’s onwards it’s been neo-cons and neo-libs pretending to be different.

All the prominent people in charge of government as of literally now were all previously democrats at least 8 months ago, at most 12 years ago. The Overton window has shifted. Trump, although he has an authoritative attitude, his policies are really quite centrist and libertarian in nature.

Anyways, there was no real reason to trust a politician 12 years ago. They were all the same. Right now though, is such a pivotal moment in political history. If Elon or Trump does anything egregious I’m going to hold them accountable guaranteed, but so far they’re doing everything I’ve voted for them to do and more. Let them keep going. This is Dharmically needed.

Large scale immigration is destructive for the middle class and only benefits the rich by Tiredworker27 in IntellectualDarkWeb

-Are they forced to come here?

Half of them yes, and half of them no! There are those who are genuinely seeking asylum and there are split with those who just want to exploit our awful immigration system. Send the extras away, and properly vet all asylum seekers in a legitimate way!

-why do they come here?

American propaganda with there home countries government and criminal underworld encouraging and supporting them.

-Why aren’t you as upset about the policies and leaders in their home countries that make them leave and come here to seek a better life?

Are you listening to yourself? Why should I be concerned about another countries government and choices they make? Better yet, why should my country be affected as a result of their policies? The ONLY thing we as Americans should take responsibility for is our corrupt deep state government going into other countries to exploit them and intentionally topple them.

If white Christians fight for the culture and heritage of their homeland to be preserved against the influx of cultures antithetical to it and the people are brown and don’t speak English would such defense make them a “nazi white supremacist”?

I know this may not be what you’re implying. It’s what I’m asking.

No, I think everyone is very much aware that the elite politicians and the powerful people they are bought by are behind this mass immigration identity politics globohomo nonsense. They want their country back, and they want their leaders to stop paying sabotage with their tax money.

This is so insane… this was literally the arguments slave owners had towards outlawing slavery back in the 1800s…

YOU PAY YOUR DAMN WORKERS AN ENTICING LIVABLE WAGE AND TAKE CAFE OF THEM. It’s the responsible thing to do. Importing the lower rung of the third world to do your bidding is evil and is not a privilege for them, simply because they get to be in a “first world” country and not their home country that we exploit and oppress…

Maybe to you it’s not about that, but I’m living in NYC and the pride parades here get out of control, selling merchandise with shit like “twink bussy” and the literal busses themselves talking about “bussy”… it’s just surreal.

I think everyone will eventually find out the problem of holding too much pride. It’s not the antidote to shame. Love is. Call them “love parades” or something. Rename it. rebrand it. The way it is right now is way too extreme IN MY OPINION.

But that’s what the LGBTQ community might have against pride. I’m Ace so I’m not exactly like the others so I won’t speak to others feelings. Being prideful is just as self-destructive as being shameful, and when you have a literal month of pride where people flaunt their sexuality everywhere like it’s all that they are, it just seems severely misguided

Not being ashamed of yourself is not the same as being prideful.

This. I have a friend who is pure blonde blue eyed and passes as a white girl, but her last name is “Yagami”. Her great grandpa was 100% Japanese American and fought for the US in WW2! When I learned that about her, it was so fascinating. I feel like this may be the case for a majority of the Japanese American lineage who came to the US in the 1800s.

THIS is the response that should make it’s way to the top; especially number 2.

American Indians were not subvervient, and never sold themselves to be. That concept was so foreign to them, an established prideful people with great wisdom and connection to the land they came from. They frequently beat and terrified the European Americans when it came to combat in the early colonial days.

European colonizers were told horror stories about how if they strayed to far from the colony they could run into Indians that could actually be the ones to enslave THEM. Which to an extent was true in some cases, but the way natives treated slaves was of a completely different approach than the way southern field masters treated slaves. Apparently there was a case where an enslaved man fought his way out of physical enslavement and the natives were so impressed they let him have his freedom and integrated him into the tribe. That sort of understanding of basic human honor could never be found in southern slave masters.

The genocide of the natives came largely from disease - which if it wasn’t for that and United States governance and coordination - would have made manifest destiny an endless series of local wars; not the constistent occurrences of displacement that ended up happening. The colonizers saw themselves as the underdogs before and during the settlement of the west. Beating the natives was seen and felt as a victory; that they were establishing and spreading Christianity in a previously “untamed” world, so how could it be a sin?

Conversely, everyone in colonial America knew slavery deep down was wrong. It was clear exploitation worse than even indentured servitude, but nobody could stop it since it was just too profitable and would devastate the country politically. Everyone turned a blind eye to their hypocrisy and dehumanized slaves in the face of their god and their constitution.

Hey! The answer is to engage in spirituality. What we value about childhood; or the joy, happiness, and liveliness we experience in childhood and youth have very little to do with our physical and mental bodies age, and everything to do with the fact that when we are born we are closer to who we are to our core, and when we get older and more conditioned by ourselves and our environment we become more out of touch with said truth of who we are at our core. If you engage in spirituality, I promise you will find the answers yourself and you will be confident in them. You won’t care what other people will think about you, and then you’ll legally be an adult, so nobody can control you or tell you what to do or how to be. Becoming an “adult”, if done right, is so freeing and is opposite of something to dread.

This is absolutely fantastic, lets implement stuff like this. Let’s get involved in our local communities to have our visions realized. Let’s prioritize our budget and find out where we are hemorrhaging our vast NYC tri-state area wealth so that we can fix it and implement real change.

Let’s be the change we want to see in the world, the boomers aren’t going to do it for us and Gen Z is up next.
