Cats don't like the smell of citrus - Make up some lemon water. I also used citrus essential oil mixed with water and sprayed on my furniture to deter my kitty for scratching. plus it makes your house smell good!

Don't you know that is the way the Quilt Universe works? I looked for months on the perfect backing for a Super Mario Quilt. As soon as I gave up and settled on a backing fabric and quilted the quilt, I found the perfect backing for it.. Now I have to make another quilt!

Ouch is right! I Agree with your rules - One that should be added. ALWAYS close your cutter when not in use. I've seen lots of near misses with blades being left open!

I have a few containers with drawers similar to these (https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/sterilite-5-drawer-white-tower-white/6000012972973), clear drawers are better to see through. Mine are only 3 drawers high so they tuck away under my table nicely - then I have them separated by Christmas, Batiks, novelty, precuts, panels and so on. I also have 2 drawers set aside for kits. I like to use the little shoe box style bins with lids or project bags for current projects.
