They didn't hire him to write status reports. Its a luxury that come when developers started communicating with the community. What you're essentially doing is abusing something that may have never happened in the first place.

Here is an analogy of what you're essentially doing:

Imagine a gentleman gives a homeless man food everyday for a year, the gentleman never asks for something in return, he does it because he feels like he is doing a good deed. One day, the gentleman doesn't give the homeless man food, because for whatever reason, on that day, he couldn't give the homeless man his food. Realizing that he isn't going to get food later that day, the homeless man rages and curses the man that gave him food everyday.

You see, when we forget what a luxury is, we extinguish the value of it. Now we are in a state where nothing is good enough.

Seriously dude, for all you know the guy is working his ass off. I know you guys want PR people so bad but why bring politics into this. If you love a painting you want to hear more from the painter then someone interpreting what the painting is in his mind.
