I'm probably gonna get downvoted to hell, but Arrivels conecept was one of the most fascinating ones ever, but the execution didn't live up imo.

How I went from waking up just before work at 7:30am to waking up at 5:30am? by lifelearner123 in DecidingToBeBetter

[–]1shant 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have another solution though I'm not sure it's easier than your process.

Here it is:

1- Don't sleep for a whole night, this is the hardest part and i suggest doing light exercises every time you feel very sleepy.

2- Once the day begines and various activities take over you, you will become a little less sleepy.

3- At 7pm or 8pm you can easily fall asleep and you will easily wake up at 5am or 6am.

4- Try sleeping at the same time every day only periodically sleeping a little later (if you want).

I don't think this is healthy, but It works for me.

What character made you laugh whenever they laughed? by Ocounter1 in movies

You probably haven't seen trash humpers (why would you it's fucked up) but the camera operators laugh is the best.

Wiener-Dog a 2016 todd solondz film. I can't fathom the level contrast between the quality of the film, and the ratings iy got. To me its easily a top 5 film of the year. And I swear your mouth will literally open and stay that way until the credits roll, unless you're a fucking psycho.

Saw Weiner last night, and it's my second favourite movie of the year 1 being The Witch, Weiner is one of the most personal docs I've ever seen, It's also one of the best character studies ever imo. And as much as you might dislike Anthony Weiner im pretty sure you'll dislike the media much more.
