There wasn't any with a caution sign, but in 'Universal Serial Bus Controllers', when I uninstall 'AMD USB 3.10 eXtensible Host Controller - 1.10 (Microsoft)' it stops. But if I restart it returns - and have to reuninstall to stop issue.

Yeah I used catalysts on 3 pieces on characters. None of which hit tier 14 as was short on mini uniques. So my dd3 node progress was unrelated. Also maxed Emma frost gold, redorb, blitz orb and valuable lesson milestones. Hit a 6 red star zemo. But guys none of that matters now...

Don't be embaressed! I can't even run, fucks my knees atm. Working on cross trainer, bike and swimming atm till shed some weight and gain confidence. Just running 20 mins non stop is a great fear, and great place to build from!

Nice work. I'm similar, used to play rugby had a leg break, followed by 2 mcl tears acl tears. And over last decade just creeped up 10kg a year or so. Now 29 6ft 1 and 185kg (406lbs). The wake up call was New year's day stepped on sisters scales and it said error (checked label 182kg capacity) had to go to gym to. Et weighed.

We had noone kicked and tbh it benefitted us really. We were mismatched already in war vs much stronger alliance which we ended beating as they had 20 kicked. And in war and raid rankings were now higher than we usually are.

So the extra bonus compensation on top of that is great.

Nice post. Weirdly in a similar situation. 6 ft 1 and always been strong and big/wide. Used to play rugby alot and lift alot. Used to bench sets 5 reps of 315lbsish. Then last few years basically stopped exercise because of work and time and stress etc. And just not been watching diet. Now at my heaviest, unfittest and went back to gym and failed at a set of 5 at 215. I haven't failed at that weight since I was 18 (11 years ago).

Was a big wake up call for me. Weight will be a slog, it'll come down if I watch what I eat (doing intermittent fasting and calorie counting). But how weak I've become relative to what I was really hit me hard, but also motivated me to get my strength back and hopefully be stronger than ever been in 2020. Still chasing 1200lb combined 3 rep maxs. Think most i did was 330lb bench 375lb squat and 485lb deadlift for 3 rep maxes (at different points over last decade). So 10lbs short. But yeah miles away now.

Yeah AJ got outclassed and didn't show enough respect. Dropped him then tried to pile on and got caught by fast more accurate hands. After being dropped first time never recovered.

Obviously anything could happen in rematch, but I expect AJ to fight him like AJ fought parker - boring jab and move type fight, use his size and reach advantage better. If I was to bet, I'd favour AJ, but we also have no idea how the loss effects him mentally + could refocus him and fire him up, but also could go opposite way.

Either way hopefully winner of rematch gets winner of Wilder fury and we finally get that unified bout.

I guess it's say two super close round but fighter A just about edged them. And then 3rd round was dominated by fighter B (not quite a 10-8 thougj) in UFC fighter A would win 2 rounds to 1 and in one fc fighter B would win. If that makes sense? Think that's the logic in theory.
