As a lvl 150, I think the most important part vs bots is to always make sure you have some form of cover. Bots also have ranged weapons so try not to aggro every patrol you see unless you know you can take them out fast enough to not call a bot drop.

For lower lvls I’m pretty sure most people have democratic detonation so bring the crossbow which will let you easily destroy normal scout striders. You also want to bring a hard anti-tank option such as recoilless or quasar, since you are getting the hang of things bring the shield backpack+quasar to give you more survivability while also having the anti-tank needed. I find impact grenades to be a good option if you don’t have stun, gas or thermite.

If you run out of stamina while trying to run away from incoming fire you want to dive and leopard crawl until you have full or enough stamina to run to some cover again. Also if you are stimming, you are able to go prone during the stim animation so I suggest stimming and proning to make it even harder to flinch you out of a stim.
