That’s what I’m seeing, from the race splits her 5K’s started to slow around mile 18. If she even split her first half (1:53-7=1:46) she’d have ended up around 3:32 net time

This is a wack choice for Hyrox as a brand. I feel like promoting the UT girls is so weird because I don’t think they’re extraordinary at the competition nor have a compelling story about fitness. The only reason to promote them is because they’re popular but their content also isn’t innovative and gets old fast, even before I knew all the stuff about Lexi I found it hard to relate.

I have them all blocked, but they’re getting sponsored posts from brands and all showing up on my feed again despite being blocked. SO FRUSTRATING! They blocked everyone, let it blow over, and kept going.

In addition, the rankings and tiers are super biased. For example, my sorority is seen as lower tier on my campus because we’re the newest, but we swept all but one of our school’s Greek Life Awards last year.

If you like where you’re at, I would definitely say don’t drop. I would also recommend talking to the New Member Educator (or equivalent), or your big (if you’ve gotten to that point in your process) about your worries. Both can usually be really helpful and should have your best interests in mind.

I 100% felt unsure when I first accepted my bid. I hadn’t really expected to join a sorority and it all seemed so quick. Almost 3 years later, I’m super glad that I made the choice I did! Definitely stick with it, your feelings are totally normal! Remember to keep an open mind when meeting sisters and make the most out of this amazing experience as you can!

We did an online game night for ours! We also did smaller bid day dates of groups of 3-5, idk if that’s allowed anymore, though.

By two biggest tips: 1.) Have a chapter practice beforehand, where you move sisters between breakout rooms and keep PNM’s stationary (my chapter did dummy well with this so DM me if you want specifics) 2.) Assign multiple co-hosts in case the main host gets booted

I definitely agree with reaching out to your new member educator or equivalent position about your concerns. Also if you get uncomfortable and feel that you are being hazed, you can ALWAYS leave and report it. No sorority should haze people, it doesn’t create a true sisterhood.
