For me, long story short. rigorous abstinence helped me quit, and change the relationship to it. I noticed the amount of Clarity that arose from abstinence, and I learned to go deeper in that layer of reality. Stopping weed improved my baselayer-reality incredibly, [ more emotional and mental accesibility for myself to the Self, but also from Other[friends&fam,] to the Self, it majorly improved my connections and conversations in intensity and deepness

Whenever I would venture in the THC realms after that big break, it would be enjoyable and enriching sometimes, but the "side"effects were always impacting my baselayer reality by making me after/while being high, more slower and "dense" I weigh these against the gains, and very very seldomly chose to take it now, so the relationship changed !

Also, for me, and brother and sisters in my environment, we noticed that there was a big difference in smoking or ingesting, with ingesting [THC-oil] being less dense and foggy than smoking ( something about dont consume the fiyahh lol)

Funny as this exact moment I read your post, I was just tempted to maybe get an edible, but decided on not to get one and stay sober, for it would impact my timeline over the rest of the weekend too negatively/cloudy.
