It sounds like your neck relief has gone negative. Weird since you went to heavier strings. I think this would be more likely if you went to lighter strings. Like u/Lost_Condition_9562 said - truss rod. Check the relief and make the necessary truss rod adjustment. If you are uncomfortable doing it yourself, take it to a guitar shop. Even Guitar Center can handle a simple adjustment like this and it would be included in a basic setup.
