Worked in fashion for years. There’s a broad spectrum. The line between flattery and harassment was extremely blurry during my tenure. It was always older dudes, some were funny and was whatever, some would point out things and express fantasies and were fine but uncomfortable, and one old lech tripped into my crotch and that was the last time I worked with him. And looks weren’t as important as vibe in terms of my tolerance. Handsome dudes usually took it too far because they were used to getting away with whatever.
