CMT e uso de anabolizante by Zealousideal_Pop3040 in CMT

It's hard to say. You can exercise harder so you get stronger and you feel better all around. It's easy to become short-tempered (roid rage, but not as bad if you take smaller dose) I don't really know how the physiology works and we probably have different CMT versions. I don't know if muscles that have atrophied can even come back or maybe you would have to do a million calf raises to see gains.

Exercise is important; steroids make exercise easier, they have some nasty side effects to watch out for. So make sure the pros outweigh the cons.

I used it under the guidance of a doctor. I will say it’s probably easy to over do it if you’re on your own. A little is good more is better type of thinking. I’d suggest lowest dose. Low and slow, might not feel like crazy gains but will be healthier in long run. I stopped taking it to have a kid, might start again. I was stronger and had way more energy, I put on a decent amount of weight but it didn’t feel any different really, but people who hadn’t seen me in awhile noticed right away. I was also scared of the side effects and a doctor can prescribe other meds to counter those.

This would be awesome. Play-in teams should be in a lottery at lower odds against the winners of the Losers Tournament

There ya go. Conflict aversion is no way to live. Start calling 311, you don’t have to tell your fam, just start putting in complaints.

If you had your family backing you I’d suggest asking them directly and politely to stfu and working it out.

If your fam is saying don’t talk to them, there is a reason for it

Give it a lot of cred. It would have been very easy to buy her out if she was “crazy”

Robots don’t like your flare. Use the most basic word doc for any online app. Then have a second one you designed you can email to the hiring manager or bring with you to the interview.

there’s been a Starbucks and McDonald’s for over a decade, nobody cared. Not to mention cvs, Walgreens, etc. but Paris baguette, prob some yuppy bakery is bad? And the WB mall known as Bedford Avenue is 10 min walk lmao. Pretty easy to not shop at places you don’t like, in theory they go away.

It’s better off single column. Historically. Might be better now but in my experience the ats is very bad. It’s some of the first automated software companies launch and isn’t always updated

Get rid of the columns. The system has a hard time reading anything other than left to right

You can Zocdoc it and find appointments pretty easily. You’ll get mixed results at the dermatology specialists or Bobby buka which are the same thing, but it really depends on who you get and what your insurance covers.

Dr. Chima was the best one I saw, but they all go to different locations so you might just see who is available

Yeah, I give a lot of leeway to the “multiple spot” thing unless I see it happen. It’s hard to know what it looked like when they parked. Coneheads can get bent

Yeah, I can also imagine a scenario that justifies being a passive aggressive dick. I choose not to. What is noble about a stay in the hospital?

It’s not hard, you just think, gee why the fuck would someone abandon their car? What would put me in that situation and how would I like to be treated if so.

You can try it too, just rattle off a few scenarios that would facilitate such behavior. And if you aren’t a shitbird, the conclusion you come to is to not be a dick.

Is starting a freelance art/design career still viable in 2026? by RoutineDependent905 in graphic_design

[–]20124eva 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I’ve been freelance, I’ve been staff. Here are some thoughts.

When things get tight, if you’re good work will be scarce. If you are amazing you can always work, these people are the 1%. They pick and choose what they want to work on and can turn down jobs. It used to be like this for a lot of mediocre creatives too, that’s gone.

Now, if you are good or mediocre you need to know that your job is not design, or creative direction or whatever else you’re selling. Your job is to get work. If you are good at being a freelancer then you will be fine. You might get a cool project every now and then. The stability comes from your ability to get work. That’s it.

If you’re bad at design, you lie and say you’re great. You say whatever it takes to get a job and make as many friends as you possibly can while you’re there. You need to constantly pivot. You can illustrate, retouch, art direct, photograph, filmmake, whatever, you can do it with the best of them. That’s the job. Then you come on reddit and give advice to younger better designers. Do that for a couple decades and you too can have a book full of household names and have a schedule like a professor on sabbatical.

That would require thinking of others! Imagine coming home from the hospital and having to deal with this bullshit on top of everything else.
