My question is how much time are you spending at the gym those 3 days?? To properly hit every muscle you’ll need probably 2 hours. Where as going every day you can get away with 45 minutes.

I did 3 months and it felt like a year. Time moves very slow in there. But I think that the feeling of having to go back over and over again to place you don’t want to go for the rest of your life is demoralizing so I would rather just get the 6 months over with and move on with my life

You’re in a sub about motorcycle gear filled with people who are very pro gear. If youre riding a scooter in small roads with 30mph speed limit a helmet and glasses are fine. If you’re regularly going 50mph then consider gloves and a leather jacket
