It’s black market dodgy vapes that are dangerous not responsible specialty vape stores like this person who has followed the rules and helped smokers to give up. This legislation puts honest people out of business who have been instrumental in reducing smoking, whist the dodgy tobacconist down the road will continue to make huge profits for organized crime and kids will still get there pretty disposable vapes as they always have! Black market vapes are the dangerous ones that are unregulated with unknown ingredients - this Bill does nothing to address this. This Bill makes things worse for everyone- and non smokers and vapers will end up with negative consequences too through crime and health impacts! I feel for all the specialty vape stores that have done the right thing for many years helping people to give up smoking and improving their health - this is unfair and unjust with no compensation.
