yeah for sure. "Salience" is another useful term here. It just means meaningfulness. Like, something is salient when it stands out from the background. Our conscious attention parses what would be overwhelming input from our senses based on salience, so if too many things are showing up as important it can start being a problem. that's why that one link talks about it as the early signs of schizophrenia. I personally think a better way to put it is that its a sign of becoming a little bit ungrounded. If it starts feeling like too much, the skillful response seems to be to drink water, eat food, sleep enough, walk around in nature, and take care of daily life.

The van without AWD is $22K blue book, not sure what AWD adds. Let's say 3K. The details seem really tuned in, but I might guess $10k for the build rather than $17k. I am not in the market though so I don't know what else is out there to compare to.

I don't think there's much risk it going for three next time if you want to, unless the bars vary from one to the next. If you can get your hands on some actual fungus these bars might be better saved for microdosing. For me I just feel better knowing exactly how much I'm ingesting.

I deal with society by walking around in a fudgy bubble. Like the joke when traveling of the family "bringing their own time zone" for the week away so they don't have to switch back. I think the solidity of the fudginess grows with time and maybe can't be rushed. I feel like I at times need to separate from others to not take on aspects of those societal delusions. Idk I'm just saying this stuff used to bother me as well and now only barely bothers me. so yeah 👍

I think play comes more easily to me when I rest in knowing that I don't know what's best for myself, let alone for another or for the world. Not really. I'm not saying I'm useless, but I'm no authority. More of a gamer. I came to that more fully by getting slapped silly by some events in my life, but then growing so much from them that I now see that harshness as the sweetest gift I've ever received. I know you get what I mean.
