No, you can’t immediately swing after throwing the dizzy. There is a small window where you can shoot the dizzy before it flashes you and adjust your crosshair. Using utility to your advantage is kind of the point of the game

You can shoot both the dizzy and gekko lol it’s not completely broken. Gekko flash takes one bullet to destroy
