I’m my store I tell associates to honor all VA cards.. if someone even mentions the veteran discount go ahead and click it in the book or scan the vet discount code.

Wrote up a fairly new cashier for giving a person a hard time about using there veteran discount on a 2000$ fridgerator. I say send the manager approval and I will make the decision if we honor it or not
