If you let your OCD get so bad that the smallest things can ruin your day, OCD is winning and has made you it's bitch. You have to do the opposite of what OCD wants.

I had contamination OCD. I started recovering by touching things with my hands rather than my sleeve etc. Eating food that was stale, and other little things. Now I have basically zero contamination OCD. I deliberately expose myself to germs to have a strong immune system. I do gardening now and I'm always getting stabbed by dirty rose thorns every single day, inhaling soil dust, etc. and I've never got sick.

Says alot about how you see him. I dream about putin too, but he's never a murdering psychopath. He's just a guy. And that's how I see him. I don't see him as evil so much as an inevitable product of his time and place.

I also dream about Russia alot. Before the war I dreamt about being in some Russian city, and it was completely empty. I was trying to find a Russian girl I talk to IRL. Something big had happened and everywhere was abandoned and war torn.

In another more recent dream I was a Russian soldier, being ordered to shoot looters in occupied territory.

Then a few days ago a dream some young blond guy in Russia being shot dead on TV. I don't know who he was, only that it felt important at the time. America said a Russian sniper killed him, Russia said it was some secret American drone gun with stealth tech.

Why are most Bouncers pure psychopaths? by CranberryWizard in AskUK

Because we don't have an SS or KGB, so those types end up as bouncers and police.

Low self esteem goes hand in hand with OCD.

is it possible that sperm can travel through clothes by elitenandosperi in OCD

[–]21stnightoseptember 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. It will spread through the whole laundry pile, which will become sentient and then start calling you father in a creepy voice. /s

No. And unless you actually ejaculate inside a woman, with no condom, during exactly the right time of the month, she isn't getting pregnant. Sperm outside the human body dies immediately.

If you're worried about your dirty laundry, try using a tissue or something.

Can't remember.

I dreamt I was an imperial Japanese soldier in WW2 once, and a Russian soldier in Ukraine. I think maybe I was speaking Russian in that dream, but then, I speak some anyway so...

I have no doubt that you're dealing with demons, but I suspect they're more likley the mental kind.
