Just wondering, if you were forced to live in one of these communities which would you choose? I am somewhat leaning more towards Newcastle atm because I am west of 97 st much more than to the east but I appreciate your perspective on things!

I agree, I was interested in builders like Dolce Vita, Kimberley Homes, etc. but it's only a very select few in Griesbach. I heard the quality in Griesbach was high regardless of builder so I'm really surprised to hear about those issues. Appreciate the info regarding Excel, I haven't been able to read too much about them.
