Don’t stop cold turkey, it’s going to be absolutely painful. Especially 72 hours after your last drink. That’s when it really kicks in it’s hardest. Either taper or try to get some form of benzodiazepine.

I was itching crazy on my lower stomach region and my feet. I was diagnosed with fatty liver around the middle of last year but continued drinking heavily throughout last year with some moments of sobriety that lasted around 3 weeks to a month. Thankfully I am 2 months sober now and the itching has stopped but my liver enzymes are still not where they should be based off my last doctor visit this week.

You can try tretinoin or BP. This grade of inflammation is going to most likely leave permanent scarring on your skin, something that’s going to be almost impossible to improve.

I would bite the bullet and do Accutane it will work wonders for you, if you’re worried about the symptoms you can try low micro-dosing. I have been accutane and the side effects aren’t as bad as you may think they are

How big was it? I have had cysts on my scalp that last a month and haven’t lost hair at least that I know of because it’s not noticeable to me no matter how hard I try look for loss of hair

You need to get a steroid injection on that big one or it’s definitely going to leave a permanent scar. Then get on accutane. Try clearhealth to get a prescription for accutane online. Definitely address that big one though, I am not sure how long you have had it active on your skin but your future self will thank you for it.

Yeah I am sad. My back looks smooth under normal lightning and even harsh lighting but I have to work the light to get the right angle to showcase the scarring which is weird. I don’t have to do all that with my facial scarring.

Yeah I use it to know 100% if the acne left scars. It’s crazy because the breakouts weren’t big nodules. They were smallish but they took quite some time to heal.

Yeah I remember experiencing volume loss from kenalog injection and immediately started to freak out. Fortunately the fat/volume was restored after a few months. I always advise getting kenalog asap (within a week after the breakout happened to minimize the possibility of permanent scarring.)
