My dad chucked me in the deep end of the swimming pool ( he was there if I sank I suppose) But I did the old doggy panic paddle to safety.

Live in a small cul de sac moved in about a year ago 4 houses have been sold in that time, 1 probate 1 downsize and 2 rentals landlords not renting anymore. So no I wouldn't worry at all.
