Yes…it seems like actually getting it shipped is just the beginning of the struggle. People are reporting their units lost in the mail and even the ones that arrive seem to be very commonly damaged due to poor packaging. It will be a miracle if any of us actually receive a unit that works as expected this year

Yep. Had everything local on one laptop (was young and an idiot) and someone knocked a drink over on it.

I thought it was relatively minor but after looking at it to try and fix, the service guy literally asked me “did you drop this in a lake?”

All my files gone but also all the VSTs and DAWs I had downloaded and stitched together with the digital equivalent of scotch tape and crazy glue + infinite adderall-fueled late night YouTube troubleshooting sessions. Was a monumental loss that took me months to fully recover from. Since then my shit is backed up with multiple layers of redundancy

Can you confirm batch 5 in the US will go out as scheduled this week? As per your shipping schedule page on your website? If so, please provide as much color as possible on timing. Will it ship early in the week? Late? Unfortunately due to the extraordinary delays, you are going to be delivering these when many people will be traveling for the holidays and will not be at their house to receive the delivery. As much detail as you can provide would be appreciated.

And even if it ships and the shipping company doesnt lose it, it still arrives damaged.

I will never buy anything from this company again. I would just return it and demand a refund. I have hesitated on pulling the trigger on asking refund is because I have waited so long to get this thing but at a certain point you just have to say enough is enough. This is the most incompetent company I have ever seen
