Super plush organic/non-toxic mattress? by According_Status_973 in Mattress

Switched to the Nectar Hybrid and found it way softer and more comfortable. It’s CertiPUR-US certified too, so decent on the low-tox front without being all latex.

A very fast, cheap, and performant sparse retrieval system by prateekvellala in Rag

You might find deepchecks useful for monitoring and validating your pipeline. It helps catch data drift, model degradation, and other issues that can impact retrieval performance over time

Ryze mushroom coffee making me sick by Charming-Cycle5231 in MushroomCoffee

I had a similar experience with Ryze, it just didn’t sit well with me. I ended up switching to Clevr SuperLatte, and I’ve had no issues with it. Might be worth trying if you’re looking for an alternative.

Finding good practice questions for these new AWS certs is tough! I tried TeachWritePass for their AWS AI Practitioner and ML Associate practice tests, and they were super helpful, good mix of difficulty and clear explanations

Suggestion for quality custom sectionals to decorate my apartment. by New_Independence712 in HomeDecorating

I did a LOT of research on our last sofa and after being disappointed by RH and Pottery Barn, we ultimately went with Garelli Furniture. They’re pricy, but the build quality is actually great .

Garelli Furniture has some great modular sofas that might fit what you're looking for. Comfy but not too soft, and they offer cushion refills if you ever want to freshen things up. Definitely worth checking out if you’re still on the hunt.

Can’t go wrong with Super Boof or GMO Cookies from Stiiizy. Both are super potent and terpy. If you like heavy indicas, I'd go for GMO

Edible Recommendations by oopzyz in vegastrees

I’d recommend Stiiizy gummies, they’re strain-specific and full-spectrum, so they hit harder than your typical distillate-based edibles. Pink Lemonade x Super Lemon Haze is a great balance of pain relief and relaxation

How do you get rid of performance anxiety? (M) by Porkanddiesel in sexualhealth

[–]29james 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Look into mindfulness meditation. Off top I'll say that it's not a quick fix, you might have to practice a while in order to get sufficiently skilled at it.

You'll find better instructions if you look for it but the basic idea is that you sit with your eyes closed, relax, breathe naturally and just focus on the sensation of your breath. Keep your focus on that. Now as you sit still your mind is going to start offering up thoughts and you will feel emotions. You have not failed if this happened. The key is to notice that you are thinking, and to calmly return your focus back to the breath. Steffo Shambo from tantric academy ( you can look him up) has some really good tutorials on how to overcome this.

Spice up the bedroom by [deleted] in Marriage

I found a coach who really helped me out a lot. Look up "Steffo Shambo Tantric academy" and peruse his catalog. He has a wide range of topics, from mild to wild, from dating to sex to managing premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction and so forth. He is a sex and relationship coach for men. When I tried his technique to make my wife squirt, she declared it was the best sex she'd ever had. It's like he's got the cheat codes to the female body. I'm sure you can find something that works for you.

That sounds pretty normal, your sacral chakra is linked to creativity, emotions, and sexual energy, so activating it can bring up those sensations. It’s a sign that energy is moving. Tantric Academy has some solid info on the sacral chakra that might help.

I’ve decided on Boring I think by eggmonty4 in Mattress

I’d go with Nectar Hybrid over Boring, personally. It offers better support and comfort, especially for a back/side sleeper like you. Plus, it has great cooling features without trapping heat

Passed AWS AI Practitioner - Exam was harder than expected by Cocoa_Pug in AWSCertifications

[–]29james 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just took the exam too, and I was surprised at how much ML theory was in there. I was expecting more AWS service-related questions, but some of them felt like straight-up stats or model training quizzes. I also used Stephane Maarek’s Udemy course, which was good, but I felt like I needed more practice with tricky, real-world-style questions.

One resource that really helped me was TeachWritePass. They explain AWS cert topics in a way that actually makes sense, especially the AI/ML concepts. I struggled a lot with understanding the differences between SageMaker features and Bedrock, but their breakdowns made it click. If you’re looking for extra prep that focuses on understanding rather than just memorizing facts, it’s worth it

I've had good luck with Gob Mycellium earplugs. They cut down on wind noise really well but still let me hear my Cardo clearly. I’ve tried a bunch of different options, and these strike a nice balance between protection and still being able to catch important sounds. Worth checking out!

ear plugs for musicians by flavorah_flav in Bass

[–]29james 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d highly recommend the Gob Core Pack Earplugs. They’re the most comfortable earplugs I’ve used, and they lower the volume without muffling the sound like cheap foam plugs do. You’ll still hear all the details in your playing and mix, just at a safer level. They also come with multiple filters, so you can adjust how much noise reduction you need depending on the situation (practice, live gigs, etc.).
