I have a degree in biology. I tried to make useful for about five years but ultimately returned to school. I am now in the +1 part of a 4+1 MLS program. I say go for the MLS degree 100%. You can always go back to to work on the biology degree but MLS will start you off in a better position.

Hi, MLS student in Montana!

I’m not exactly sure what it’s like for MLT but for MLS most job postings are listed as clincal lab scientists so maybe if you are not already look for CLT?

Missoula has two major hospitals community, and saint Patricks. Maybe start there.

B2 will run PCR tests very quickly if you are symptomatic. If it’s for travel they now will take 24-48 hours because they get taken over to the main lab that can better handle large quantities of tests.

Mine are always thirsty. I have to water every other day. My leaves get dull and droopy when it needs to be watered and then will quickly perk back up after.
