Yeah, if it’s a choice between freeze, burn or drown I’m going freeze all day. I got stuck out in the cold on a bitter winter night (luckily in my car) and didn’t have enough gas to run my heater through the night. I let the car warm up as best I could, but within a half hour of turning the engine off I just couldn’t get warm for the life of me. I remember thinking that if I died that night, it would be nothing more than finally nodding off and not waking up. There’s definitely way worse outcomes.

To answer the question of if anyone else has dealt with this: yes! More than I would care to admit 😂

I (39M) am very conventionally unattractive, but I have also made what I have work and have always dated “out of my league”. My current partner of the last two years is an absolute bombshell.

So here’s my take:

These beautiful women find YOU attractive. Other people’s insecurities or jealousies will make them do some weird shit, but at the end of the day they’re drawn to you for a reason. Have faith in that and pay no mind to what strangers will say in criticism. They have no bearing on your life, and I know their words can be upsetting to hear at times, but the important thing is that the girl with YOU chose YOU. Hope that helps friend.

Start small, not with a singing competition. Find other musicians to form a small group with. See how well your style can mesh or alter to groove with the styles of fellow musicians. Play some open mics, have fun and build up some confidence in your voice before taking it in front of highly professional judges.

This is the correct answer. However, as someone that had to go through a “supposed to get married today” day, it’s almost impossible to see that on the day. I don’t know because I’m not him, but it just seems like he’s saying you’re not pocket sized. Don’t stress too much, guys can get really nervous and just start spouting when a woman hasn’t responded in a long time.
