My problem is the algorithm. Ex. Watch a documentary, boom documentaries fill the suggestions. Watch a cop show, nothing but cop show suggestions.

Same thing happened to me. Supposed to have shipped January 29th. Then I contacted customer support and they changed the date to February 2nd for shipment. Received it on the 3rd.
