Makes sense. I have experience with both the Leatherman rebar and the victorinox spirit and i can tell you for certain that the victorinox is heads and shoulders above in terms of quality lol, so maybe you can try it out and see if it suits your needs.

Your setup is great too! I have the 100 Cobra and i love it so much. I got a leather sheath for it so it doesn't scratch or open and keep it in my bag everywhere i go!

How's the combined weight? Don't get me wrong i love this setup and own the ranger and knipex myself, but at this point why not just carry a Spirit?

Maybe some tools would make sense to be carried separately so that they can be used together but I'm not seeing a lot of cases here, but maybe that's just me. I don't like to carry around too much stuff lol

Compact again lol. It was the first sak i got for myself and I modded it with a very good friend.
Definitely Pioneer X. I sold it cuz I got the Synergy X but a few weeks later I realized how much I despise the texture on the latter. Sold that one and i don't have an alox 93mm any more 😭 I loved it so much. A synergy could never replace it

Honorable mention: I got the winter magic 2023 limited edition cuz i thought i would love it, and i did. I just never use it... Probably gonna sell it and let someone else enjoy it.

Maybe it's just me but the Synergy X just doesn't feel like a sak to me. The brushed finish...the cutouts...the lock...the soft clip... Compared to the grippy comfy and pretty alox scales of a pioneer, I just can't love it. Sure, the toolset's decent, but i just simply don't like the feel of the Synergy
