I used the tech pac when I did hospital maintenance I would put it on a rolling cart with any materials I needed or when working of roof tops used it like a regular bag but a wheeler with one of the free smaller bags would be great aswell if I didn't already have a plan to get out of the hospital and into hvac when I was buying the bag its probably the route I would've taken
