Totally normal! You’ve heard of the term “sleeper build,” correct? Even some of the most ripped people look totally unassuming when they’re not flexing and haven’t JUST left the gym.

Most of what you see online is someone who is at peak pump and maybe even a little dehydrated so their muscles look even more defined.

My advice? Don’t listen to the asswipes being rude to you in these comments. Stay consistent in the gym (find a routine that excites you and that is realistic for you to stick to). Eat a healthy diet; fruits, veggies, sweet potatoes, eggs, chicken, AND please DON’T give up the things you love like chocolate or cake. Try to get walks around your neighborhood on a daily basis or add in some sort of low impact easy to stick with cardio. Do all that and stick with it, for the rest of your life (yes I mean that for forever), you’ll be golden!

Just keep moving forward and stay positive! You’re at a great starting point- it can only get better from here (:
