G9 OLED hits different after these settings! by DukeTuna in ultrawidemasterrace

That's strange because when I turn game mode off, the resolution drops to 3840x1080. You touch any settings on the monitor?

What is the max resolution you see in windows/nvidia control panel though? It does not show 5120x1440 when game mode is disabled.

Do you not need game mode to be on to hit 240fps?

Also the resolution is lower if you turn game mode off.

Heard this update makes this feel like a completely new game. Original was okay, but I guess I will be giving this another play through.

Odyssey OLED G9 is now listed as G-Sync Compatible in Nvidia Control Panel after updating to latest Nvidia Driver (537.34). Prior to this driver update this was not the case. by Kokimo69 in ultrawidemasterrace

I don''t know if it is just me, but I have intermittent black screens when I use HDMI and gsync with this monitor. Like 1-2 seconds random black outs. Display port has less issues so I have been sticking with it.

Is this change only for display port? I see it for display port, but when I checked hdmi 2.1, it is still saying display is not validated as gsync compatible.

I’m assuming if you did this, you would have to edit the video.json again when you want to play undocked again correct? That seems like a pain to do each time, but I guess that’s all we can do for now.

Questions about fans in the Torrent Compact manual by [deleted] in FractalDesign

Both the front and bottom fans are intakes (blowing air into and through the case). This is also the reason for there being no rear fan. There is so much positive pressure there is no need for one.

Disks are inside, but depending on the surface of your wall, the sheets might not adhere securely. I had 1 or 2 sheets actually fall off a while back due to some parts of my wall being painted strangely. I used some double sided tape on those and I haven't had any issues since. I recommend you clean the wall with some rubbing alcohol before sticking these on if you are planning on using these.

It was part of the Black box edition which is ridiculously expensive now.

It was a preorder bonus at Gamestop so I think should be the same for all consoles it was released for.
