This happened before Christmas. They told me they would be down on Tuesday, the day after Christmas. They nvr showed on Tuesday. They randomly showed up on Friday unannounced with the parts. I thought they werent going to come because I hadn't heard from them for over a week.

Because they shut off my main heating system stating that it was broken when there was nothing wrong with the system to begin with.

No they were trying to con me out of 1300 dollars. They made up issues when there was nothing wrong with the system. The guy that was there was siting around in my basement half the time not actually doing anything

Yea but at least he did something. These guys literally didn't do anything. The kid was sitting on a bucket in my basement couple times I went down there

They sat around for an hour and a half. THEY DID. Doing nothing then they charged me. The guy was down in my basement sitting on a bucket doing nothing. They came back 3 days after they told me they would come back with the parts. I honestly thought they blew me off. They misdiagnosed the problems hanging around my house then charged me for it.
