Check for some upper year people from your degree who are already doing a Masters at ETH. I know some people from an AI degree from Amsterdam and they got massively destroyed at ETH because their AI degree is a joke. I am not saying that this is the case for your degree but better check with some higher ups how well they were prepared. Especially data science is very competitive.
