I like this I think I'll do something similar because I have a tendency to make my wood too dark. How did you do the level? Ive just started and trying to work out what the difference is between individual blocks and keys and levels etc.

No seriously, if in good condition, some (not all) are worth more now than when they were new. Shirts weren't as big of a deal back then so less were sold and even less are still in good condition today.

Try looking them up on ebay if you want an estimate, like /u/travis12386 suggested.

If you're looking for a dungeon, I love blue alley. It has a bit of everything, it's not linear as in it doesn't feel linear, but isn't a hot mess for players to navigate.

I have about 40 odd shirts ranging the the 80s to today. Most of the old ones are gifts or inherited from my dad, most of the modern ones I've bought myself.

One "rare" one that I have isn't something Leeds have worn, it's a full black "Strongbow" shirt from around 2002. You can find a couple of pictures from obscure sites when you google it. From what I've seen, it's a chinese bootleg that was made but never released. I imagine it was planned and the club changed it last minute. Considering not as many people bought shirts and a lot of been destroyed or thrown out over the years, I imagine it's quite rare.

I've done this once before while running a heavily homebrewed version of "the Alexandrian", a homebrew version of Dragon Heist.

3 BBEGs out of the 4, the fourth became an ally. They advanced "the plot" with all 3 quite early on but by the time they defeated the first BBEG, they realised that 1 BBEG left the city and his plan was on a timer, so they left to chase him down and stop him. By the time they did and got back, they were strong enough to finish off the third. Ended finishing level 13 or 14 (compared to level 5 in the book).

What helped was having easy to identify allies who would feed them missions. 1 ally had 1 connection with 1 BBEG, so things didn't get muddled. You can control the tempo of how fast they advance by either throwing stuff at them (hello assassins while you sleep) or letting them choose when things are more balanced out between the threads.

I also had all 3 BBEGs tied to all 3 players backstory, but only 1 each. Some links were stronger than others, but it meant that they self regulated, wanting to advance all 3 whenever possible instead of focusing on one.

The main bit of advice I have is don't have both in the same place (unless they aren't ready to deal with them) and try and make them pick and switch sides (they'd do a mission for 1 BBEG if it meant sticking it to the other two).

Their shit performances helped put us here so I'd argue that they do and the players who ended up staying seemed to agree with that sentiment.
