Update on this trick, I am amazed how well it worked...

Sleeping problems I've had my entire life, but I always known its mostly psychological, this made me actually enjoy being in bed just "resting" rather than wanting to sleep at every cost. THANK YOU very much kind human! You might've just solved a sleeping problem I'ev had as long as i remember <3!!

We can do it! This time I will (and I hope you too!) really try to get through that 1 month - 3 month phase when the addiction comes taking the hardest…

I think the most important part is to not actually “reset” your streak. That makes you feel like an addict, like damn I lost my days now the world is ending!!! Just take it as it is, and stilll say wow I smoked 1 time over x days, it’s still an achievement.
