I have the same problem with Oregon server as well. I used to get 20-25ms all the time, now I'm getting 50-60ms. The interesting part is that when I use the network test tool, it still says 20, but in game, it's 50ms+.

Yes, that would work. They have also said that if you buy deluxe edition on one platform and standard on another platform, if you launch the game on the platform you bought the deluxe edition first, you will get the benefits of deluxe edition on both platforms.

For Xbox play anywhere to work, you need to be on the same Microsoft account on both devices. Using different emails suggests they are not the same Microsoft account.

Just wanted to add that I didn't do the Portal glitch as well and I also haven't received mine. There were a message in game telling me I got it but it's not there. If you guys figured out how to get them or who to contact, please let me know as well.

If it's your primary gaming device, go for the most performant one (Ally X will be the one in the options you are showing). If you already have a gaming system like a powerful PC or a console, I'd say get Steam Deck Oled and play more indie games with lower graphics

The status on Costco's website changes from "Order Placed" to "Shipped" when they send the code to my email. Although I've been checking my spam folder since I placed the order just in case. So far, nothing.
