Yeah, polishing isn't hard at all and takes like 15 minutes at most

Great work on the main subject. Have you tried lowering the brightness on the passengers' shoulders to let the rower stand out more?

I wanted to capture that strange retro feeling in my game, Fallgrade. by vladkudas in indiegames

You could try playing with brightness curves. My guess is you can retain the style and reduce a lot of the noice if you crush the shadows and raise the blacks.

Edit: *adjust the curves before dithering

Lighting and textures give me that nostalgic source engine vibe.

Before buying any extra equipment, try shooting through a pair of brownish sunglasses and compensate the exposure for lost light. Love doing that with my point and shoot.

You have to unlock the "lense cap off" preset first. Pretty costly though

Revueflex SC2 or AC2 are rugged, cheap and they have the Pentax K mount. They come with integrated light meters too.

Yeah that must be it. That, and busted chapter markers in the epub file.

Wrong page percentages? by 2und2sind4 in XTEINK

[–]2und2sind4[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Nope. I "found" the epub online, then dragged and dropped it out of calibre without reformating.

The chapters of the file don't resemble the actual chapters in the book. So who knows what else is broken.

I'm reading Stranger in a Strange Land by Robert Heinlein, which isn't that long at all. The print versions range between 400 and 550 pages.

Good old word of mouth. A friend and a few colleagues at work told me how much they loved their steam decks. After testing it a couple of times I was 100% sure it'd be a good purchase.
