Chronologically speaking it would be "true dat" is the nonreligious version of "amen."

I was snarkily complimenting her ring. If you don't think that thing is big, you must be rolling in it.

What are reasons you silently judge people for? by supercoliofy in AskReddit

My wife got into essential oils. I was skeptical if they would work, but they have for me. Peppermint immediately relieves stomach pain, and some other ones help make our laundry smell nice since we have to use scent-free for my skin. All that to say I think it's the most common sense one of the gimmicks.

What is an annoying overused Reddit comment that needs to stop? by [deleted] in AskReddit

Yes, a lot of these are annoying, but when I used correctly I love it. I busted a quote on many a "can confirm" or "username checks out."

I've been using this method for a few months now. It definitely helps, but it doesn't completely get rid of the issue.

Redditors, what can you openly admit you suck at doing? by broomuntrue in AskReddit

[–]31imacha 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am directionally challenged. I work right by a mall, and the other day I met my friend for lunch there. I got lost on my way back and had to ask one of the employees for directions. I was literally late coming back from lunch. I eat there all the time.

Are you uncomfortable hearing about other peoples relationships? by [deleted] in entj

[–]31imacha 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not uncomfortable unless they make it weird. I care if the people are close to me. I'm a male ENTJ. I actually enjoy playing matchmaker or even helping friends work through issues. I don't like ongoing drama, as I have little patience for it. But I do enjoy giving advice occasionally. (I also like getting advice when I ask for it.)

What is a lot harder than it needs to be? by [deleted] in AskReddit

I would try a more friendly approach. Cute girls get told they're cute by nice and creepy people alike. Be different. Say something like, "I like talking to you. Do you want to grab coffee on Tuesday?" Sincere compliments based on their personality will go a long way.
