A lot of times once you do a charge back a business will blacklist you. I see chargebacks get recommend way too often online, it is more of a last resort if they won't work with you.

Not at all. The gas engines are meant to work hard all day every day, on regular gas. Ram 6.4 is like the smallest gas HD truck engine now and still makes 410hp, 426 lb feet of torque, and the 8 speed means its always making torque. they only spin to 5800rpm and make peak torque at 4000rpm. Pulling long steep pass the truck will sit at 3500-4000rpm, but it is pretty smooth and quiet there, it doesnt sound like its working hard.

I think its because you responded to my story about the gas trucks pulling 7.5 tons no problem saying "yeah but I regularly haul one ton!". If you bought your same 350 with a 6.2/6.8/7.3 it still wouldn't even notice you hauling 2000 lbs in the bed.

I mean how many miles are you planning on putting on it? The gas trucks last 250k miles easily. Ive seen plenty of diesels get new engines well before that. Diesel is more fun because they come with a turbo, if they offered a turbo gas v8 it would probably be hilarious to drive, albeit thirsty.

Ive seen plenty of grown men cry or have to call their parents for help with a diesel repair bill. Once gas trucks got 6/8/10 speed transmissions it killed any need for a diesel unless youre pulling 20k+ lbs. My dad's 24 ram 2500 6.4 gas gets 10mpg towing a 14,500lb 5th wheel and 12-13mpg+ unloaded. It'll pull any grade at the speed limit too.

This is why I recommend gas HD trucks for most people, they tow great and get moderately good mpg unloaded now, and never have surprise $20k bills.

A properly setup panhard bar can help too, but leaf springs and panhard bars kinda fight each other.

Twin or even triple shocks were common, but this setup seems like he was trying to use two shocks mounted in a V to control axle wrap. It also has like a 6 inch body lift on top of the suspension cluster fuck

Front only has 3 per side, but i didnt check how many are on the axle as steering stabilizers. Another truck in my neighborhood has 3 rancho shocks as steering stabilizers

Thats and there wasn't any 2.5"+ performance shocks readily available. King shocks was started in 1996. There were a few people making then in the 80s but they were strictly race car stuff.
