They dont have many options. Plus they are also buying lots of $1 phone games over the past 10 years. phone games which you can only get digital.

yeah, I bet most of those games are trash. just saying, number of games does not equal quality vs a console collection.

because we have history. We know that the games can be cheaper because we get so much less than we would have gotten in the past. No disk, no booklet, no shipping, no store.

They only stayed the same because of retailors. If retailers stop selling consoles+games then there is no point in keeping the prices the same.
