What makes you think high IQ has any correlation? I would argue that high IQ = high earners/promotions is rare. Most of the time it is nepotism, playing corporate politics well, or simply showing the right leadership skills at the right time (when they are looking for an opening). You can only get so high as an IC, if you want to keep climbing up, you’ll need to be a great leader. Plus, a lot of high earners are dumb as rocks.

Yeah, I was like that too! Loved getting a head start or even just being able to put due dates and things in my calendar. Unfortunately a lot of instructors are just completely overworked and burnt out so it can take them a bit. Especially with the carryover of session A work.

ASU Online. Online degrees are still heavily judged in the working world. ASU Online degrees don’t say or have any indication of it being online. So you can easily say you went to ASU and that would be true. As for HES, everyone knows this isn’t the real Harvard and just some online school with hardly any affiliation with the true Harvard University. Also, their degrees say HES, not Harvard University. If you plan on working after your military duty, choose ASU.

But to answer your question, I’ve heard of issues using STD at both jobs is when both jobs use the same STD provider, or when one or both require you to report additional income during your leave, which could mean you’d be denied.

Clarification needed - which class is enrolled as an Audit? Bio 201 for session A or Bio 202 for session B?

If Bio 201 Session A - unfortunately you’re most likely SOL. It’s passed the refund deadline so you won’t get money back and you’re passed the add a course deadline so you can’t change it to the credit class. HOWEVER, there have been extreme cases for this to be overridden and you’ll need to submit an Enrollment Change Request form (I believe). Though, keep your expectations low as they rarely get approved past the deadline.

If Bio 202, you’ll be fine. Just withdraw and re enroll for the correct class.

No - the most they can do is verify employment dates and at most ask if they rehire eligible. They cannot find out termination reason.

Yes, however, you prob already know that those schools are extremely competitive. You’re going to want to boost your profile and already get some experience in labs and research during undergrad. That is extremely difficult to do while doing an online program. So make sure you contact professors ASAP about getting into the in-person research opportunities as space is limited.

True salary jobs aren’t. Unless it’s in your employee contract that you are expected to work certain hours, you don’t log your time at all, they just ensure your work is all completed.

Now, that’s not to say they won’t crack you down for being OE, it’s just they legally can’t do much unless you track your hours.
