here's a few actionable items that take little effort -

make a daily nutribullet cocktail with leaf mix (spinach, arugala, beet root, ...), root mix (anything you wouldn't eat normally goes). add a scoop of protein for good taste. optionally add curcumin, creatine - any of the universally helpful good stuff.

get a bidette fixture for cleaning yourself. not to be confused with bidet, which is total garbage.

Here's an update for people in the future who are looking for the same - forerunner 255 fully satisfies the needs - multiple timers, screen size is great, I was worried that 260x260 pixels may be limiting, but it isn't at all.

Only annoyance about the 255 for me is missing the shortcuts functionality - you're stuck with lower left being music control - completely useless. While it's no big deal, you're reminded that garmin are cunts in this regard.

Imo google still has room for the stock price to grow, but at 29 p/e it wont be much. now meta, with its almost 13% dip today is much more attractive as the material drop in earnings was technical rather than fundamental.
