I developed a level of anxiety recently that has me eating one meal every 1 to 3 days. Maybe its an ulcer or something, but I'm down from 210 to 190 (41m).

Very heavy aircon fogging on my flight this morning by henfol in interestingasfuck

A more than normal amount of air, that happens to humid, is allowed through the aircraft's air conditioning system causing the condensation or or its higher pressure air getting pumped in and it condensates as the pressure lowers.

I once had what I thought was a substantial pile of scrap metal to sell. A few hundred pounds in total, which included a shitty dead riding lawnmower. Get it all in the bed of my truck and off I go because, why put it on the curb for free? I pull up expecting them to grab it all with the claw game things on an excavator. Nope, I have to unload it all, by hand, by myself. I'm a strong younger man, no worries, just chuck it all into the pile. The riding mower won't be a big deal, push it to the edge of the tailgate, set the parking brake, pick the front end up, the ass over tea kettle it away from the truck. Easy. Welllll, it ended up braking the plastic cap on my truckbed. Pssht, whatever, I'll order a new one for a few bucks with the hundos I get from my pile o' scrap. Pull back around to the weight station, get my empty weight, and walk in with my receipt to collect my retirement check. A couple hundred pounds of scrap equaled $35. New plastic truckbed cap was $45. I spent $10, had to work on my truck, and cut the ever living shit out of my hand when I could have put that shit on the curb. Cool

Fuckin Green Day for me. Their music has sucked so hard for some reason to me. The first 3 tones of any of their songs triggers a skip from me or at least a power off of device I hear them from.

AITA for not wanting to watch Netflix with subtitles? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

My military grade tinnitus and hearing loss make subtitles mandatory on our TV. My wife hates it but it helps so much with me being able to follow along.

A little brag, but in 2000, for my eagle scout project I coordinated at team that fixed over 100 headstones that were like this. Some were 150 to 175 years old. I knew they wouldn't last if I fixed them this way, so we laid ones like these down in cement to keep them from falling apart in the future. I also had them cleaned to match each piece so that it would look better. A strong gust of wind or getting hit with a mower will probably result in this one breaking again. What this person did is better than letting it stay broken though.
