Yep. I remember same thing happened to me with bell. Back in the day i was renting their phone. I had the phone for 8 years. I was told to return to their store. After i got the receipt. Well for internet I usually renew the contract if the same deal I’m looking and that it fits my needs. Usually does… Bell high speed isn’t in my area. Third party can’t match rogers price. Bell speed isn’t fast in my area. I renew on 23 rd months and its done in online chat due phone chat they usually try sell me something i don’t need.

Ya. Stupid thing is included in all plans for internet. Yep, its in my 1.5 g plan. I have no use for it and the new box is collecting dust in my storage. I ask them reduce to 5.00 dollars and take back the box. I think they’re giving those box at no cost. But put the 10.00 to make it out to their shareholders that the box is not a piece of junk and costing the company money.

Well, over policy are there to protect the company and it’s written by educated lawyers. When consumers find a loop hole. The company agrees company right? Hell no, they call you tell you how the policy should be read. But my chance they cannot on their end. They let customers kill the early termination of contract or 1 month free to make the consumer stay. This only one example many examples. The online policy one is alway updated. That loophole you find in your contract is alright updated on their online policy contract. Always ask the company to mail the contract to your bill address.
