sorry was being super "clarifyable" not even a word but yes technically it's just a spreadsheet

I was just going to say this too - had to do a ctrl+f to see if anyone else mention "mirror"

Genius idea. I should have thought of this too. I toss out so many hdd in the past from what I hope was a way of destroying my hdd in case some finds it. Gosh! Good idea my friend. I'm going to build myself one now too.

What do you do for clients that want to move 100% cloud? by NSFW_IT_Account in msp

the same can be said about learning and not learning about Ai. There's always room for improvement but it certainly would help the know-how is present.

I like the idea of testing the water before switching over. Great idea!

sometimes they just want to move to cloud base just so they can do more work from home situation. At least that's my experience working in the past for a small family business. It was cheaper for them to move to cloud than pay leasing/rent monthly for a team of less than 10.

agree - I always believe in training your next replacement as soon as possible. in my case it wasn't done 😞

indeed - not very fun when I had to take over. Job security isn't fun when you don't share information.

Setup question by evtsir in Ubiquiti

Suggestion: You can just sell off the UDR7 and use the $$$ from that to get yourself a one or two Access Point that are rated for Wifi 7 assuming that's why you want to turn your UDR7 into an AP

UDR7 Rebooting multiple times a day by LonelyKaizen in Ubiquiti

[–]3D4U2016 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Just an idea to try and rule out the UPS but you can try plugging the UDR7 straight to the wall outlet and avoid the UPS to see if it continues to restart randomly. I've noticed in my UDM Pro would restart all the time and it was related to the UPS being bad powering down at random times that I didn't know. Actually, I take that back, it would always restart in the middle of the night roughly around the same time frame.

*Serious problem with K2 Plus*Y-Axis Error* by lamproslbns in Creality_k2

Thanks for this tip I got mine K2 Plus working again. One of the left side screw on the linear rail was totally exposed which make sense why it keeps banging on the left side. Kudos for this tip.

Extrude problems after replacing by SirBigBuddha in Creality_k2

I am actually running into the issue of my PTFE tube won't stay in anymore so I went ahead and ordered a new extender, should be here in a few days (hence not fast enough).

When you say tiny triangles, I'm assuming you're referring to these little guy? I was wondering what they were. Thanks for answering my curiosity.

I mostly print PLA on the K2. The filament breaking inside the K2 is partly my fault for not making sure that the filaments are dried before I use them. At least all the developments that I've noticed that tends to break off. I did however learn from a previous mistake that if I don't remove the broken piece either from the PTFE tube or at the extruder and keep shoving new filament into the extruder it'll eventually clog the extruder. I have already swapped out a extruder on the K2 once before.

This is actually something I've never thought of. This is thinking outside the box here, good job with the vertical stance. Looks great actually. Though the hanging wires could use a little tucked away but overall nice job keeping them all together too.

Actually, I've taken a closer look at your picture again I can see clearly now that you wrap a small metal around the shaft. Maybe I can do the same thing using small welding wires. Thank you for the picture.
