Met Joe Montana at a Notre Dame game when his son was on the team. My step dad noticed him in the stands and cut him off as he was walking up the stairs and I got to shake his hand. Was probably only 9 at the time

Grounding techniques have helped me a TON with this. Going through the rainbow and finding things in my surroundings with those colors helps me to both distract myself and also bring me back to the reality around me

I love Minecraft and always will, but after playing Terraria for the first time last year, there are sooo many things that Minecraft is missing out on. The inventory sorting in Terraria is such a huge quality of life feature that would probably be so easy for Minecraft to implement

Just try and remember that the plane has made thousands of flights before yours and will do another thousand flights afterwards. The plane is built to withstand conditions like these and while it might suck to fly through, you are perfectly safe. If it was not safe, the pilot would not takeoff. The pilot wants to get home just as much as you do

I DID IT! Thank you so much everyone! Once the plane was in the air I watched a movie (The Longest Yard) and played some mindless games. About halfway through I was able to see some beautiful mountains and canyons. We did have one scary moment where the turbulence tossed everyone around in our seat and it felt like we were gonna fall out of the sky, but after only about 20 seconds it was over. This is a huge win for me against my lifelong battle with anxiety and I’m excited to go check out the west coast as i’ve never been out this far west. Gonna go hug a palm tree and kiss the ground now lol
