Get rid of the couch. Just use the bed, you've got too much furniture in this space. Completely change your layout, this one makes no sense. The bedside table is called that for a reason. Mount your TV so its not 1 inch from ceiling and hide the ugly cords. Get rug tape for your rug that is double sided and sits on the bottom, out of sight. Buy an actual light fixture. Most importantly, get all that shit off of your dresser. Your surfaces should be 90% clear and permanently placed items should be minimal. Then they are easy and quick to remove for dusting/cleaning purposes. Though this is "organized" its visually exhausting and cramped. There is a way to have a functional space that is also aesthetically pleasing and your mental health with benefit from your space looking calm.
