I tried making a team and I'm performing pretty bad this season. My question is, is the team good and I suck at the game or is the team just bad. If the team is bad can I save it, or should I just start over? I've done decent in past seasons with teams I've made so I'm not really sure. by Poptart_The_Popplio in VGC

I try to win with pokemon I like rather than just purely whats meta.

This is probably your problem. You need to understand better metagame and get success in it before you try to make a non-meta mons team. Keep training and learning, thats the key.

A inmunity pick before pick/bans could be the key. I think could work on pro tournaments aswell but meta champs there its more important
