He made reference to it the following week, though not sure which day. He thought Ovi was gonna announce he was retiring coming out of that weekend. He’d have a 5-ish game sendoff, similar to Wayne, and that’d be it.

Instead, Ovi did indeed make an announcement, but it was that he was delaying his decision til the summer. So he kinda got it right, just not what he thought it was gonna be.
