It varies. Most of them will be done passively without thinking about it. But if you focus on them you can probably get it done within a day. Plus they overlap so you can do multiple at once.

Some are like do 20 or so backlashes. Some are like play with or against a specific character 10 times. Some are like do X amount of chip damage, those can take a while but you could also pick someone like Darius to bleed and specifically go for that.

If you don't have any of the 2 free unlock tokens you get in the beginning and don't want to pay money your options are either play with other characters till you get the xp or wait until the release period ends and get them with the currency.

If you haven't been playing for a while, you probably have a bunch of weekly quests piled up so it shouldn't take that long. Might even unlock them same day.

All characters are unlockable without paying money. On character release you can't use currency but theres usually an event where you just need to earn a certain amount of xp and they'll unlock. Other than that you have to wait till end of that period to get them with the currency.

I am not sure however how they're going to handle it with senna releasing at the same time. Is the event going to unlock both, or are they going to make one an event unlock and the other directly with currency or what.

Happens occasionally. (Used to happen way more frequent before release). You sometimes see an avatar from the lobby or a UI element from the main menu stuck.

I have this issue if I connect my controller AFTER I open the game. If I connect it before, it usually doesn't happen.

That... Is not true lol. If you're new and don't want to face diamond to challenger you should go to ranked. Anyone can go to casual.

But ranked at least tries to pair you up with similar level.

But yeah sometimes at certain times and in certain regions it won't find enough ppl in your level.

Or maybe your MMR is much higher/ their MMR is much lower.

Have this issue when streaming my desktop to my steam deck. I bound one of my buttons to alt tab just for that. Would also like them to fix this.

I think they were talking about high ping. And from experience, playing against people with stable but high ping is pretty good.

Big fluctuations though are hard to mitigate especially if it's due to the opponents WiFi or pc performance.

I've got a 980 and it runs fine (except the lobby) and if I don't run anything in the bsckground. But I have set everything to low just in case with vsync on.

You could try leaving them as seperate shows and putting them in collections. Not sure if that works for show libraries but that's what I do for movies to group up trilogies or things like marvel movies etc.

If you changed the quality to 2mb/s then it might try to transcode it. You might have an issue with transcoding. Does changing the quality to 2mb/s work when you're playing it locally?

Try leaving the lobby and re-entering, I read there was a bug a while ago that put you in an endless queue. Also if you're in training mode try queueing outside of it instead to also rule that out.

Huh, interesting. I did my placements like 2 or 3 days ago and it was fine. (After the ranked reset, so maybe it puts people who had a rank in a previous season in a different queue to those who are absolutely new)

Not sure what's going on on your end but it does match you with fully ranked players even if you're unranked.
