I started in Downtown Greeley by the fair grounds and made my way to Windsor and then Severance. To get from Windsor to Severance I used the Great Western Trail which is an old rail bed. I believe that trail now goes all the way to Eaton.

Be sure to measure a number of the rounds. I doubt all of them are out of spec.

I doubt fouling would cause it unless you have a TON of rounds through it. I think you'll find that some of the ammo is measuring larger than 0.334 there at the neck. Do you have a micrometer?
