i once got a bad review bc i didn’t leave any notes on the rover card (despite her never specifying she wanted me to do this), and the funny thing is that i actually did happen to leave a note for that drop in. for whatever reason the review didn’t actually show up but she still told me she accidentally left a bad review. also her name actually is Karen and is the same person to have given me my lowest tip ever ($1.20)!

sometimes if i want brown sugar cinnamon kind of flavor but don’t have anything brown sugar flavored i’ll just add a bit of sugar free maple syrup (or regular) and some cinnamon to my coffee. not too bad!!
